Made from chestnuts that have been candied and placed in a sealed tray.
Candied fruit coated with a thin layer of translucent ice cream.
Tender texture.
Chestnut flavour enhanced by a subtle note of Bourbon vanilla pod from Madagascar.
Origin of the fruit : Turin or Naples.
Size: 10 to 12 g (on average half a chestnut).
Use:
- sold in shops as "downgraded" chestnuts for family consumption.
