The "Gros Morceaux" chestnuts are packaged in a box containing two 500g trays.

The trays are wrapped in transparent film for better preservation (to be removed only when the large pieces of chestnuts are put on sale).

Candied fruit coated with a thin film of translucent ice cream.
Tender texture.

Chestnut flavour enhanced by a subtle note of Bourbon vanilla pod from Madagascar.

Origin of the fruit : Turin or Naples.
Size: 10 to 12 g (on average half a chestnut).

Use:
- sold in shops as "downgraded" chestnuts for family consumption.
- patisserie
- ice cream
