- pastries for icing.
- Shop sale: drained chestnut or marron glacé.

4/4 tin = 0.650 kg (0.650 kg drained fruit + 0.350 kg syrup).

Best before: 36 months

Ingredients: After opening the tin, glaze the chestnuts. Once the glaze is finished, leave the chestnuts to dry, wrap them in the alus leaves and store them in a dry place, temperature +6°c / +8°c maximum for 3 to 4 weeks.
