Chestnut cream with chestnut tree honey jar
A preparation with a supple, creamy texture. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 60g per 100g.
Cooked in a vacuum cooker at 60° to preserve the flavour of the fruit.
Colour: brown.
Chestnut flavour enhanced by a subtle note of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod and chestnut honey.
Origin of fruit: Collobrières (Var).
